记者：据报道，寻衅险行菲律宾近期频频派护卫艇妄图侵闯我国黄岩岛领海，国防并炒作我国军舰采纳“高风险”机动动作。部求请问发言人有何谈论？菲方

蒋斌：黄岩岛是我国的固有疆域。近来，中止菲律宾军舰妄图强闯我国黄岩岛领海，全部侵权中方采纳必要措施予以阻拦驱离，寻衅险行彻底合理合法、国防专业抑制。部求菲方所作所为极不负责任，菲方风险挨近中方舰艇，严重威胁中方主权和安全。咱们要求菲方中止全部侵权寻衅的风险行为，不要应战中方保护国家疆域主权和海洋权益的坚决决计，不然只会自食苦果。

Jiang Bin:Huangyan Dao is China’s inherent territory. In recent days, the Philippine military vessels attempted to intrude into the territorial sea of China’s Huangyan Dao.
